pls ignore my bad grammer i haven't proof read this yetOne of the most wanted in Revera, Rye is a very difficult person to get along with. She was born in Opal Center, Nebulascope, as an orphan and was kidnapped as a test subject for Revera’s Lab B. Her subject name was ORCA-A, making it all the way to ORCA-C. (This was when her eye color changed from brown to blue from the experiments) Fortunately, Rye had undergone taimer experiments compared to her peers who had their bodies screwed up or even died. Rye consistently felt like a third wheel to her two lab friends Kimiko and Jae-won. The three planned to escape the laboratory for good. If at least one escaped, they could find help and set the others from the lab free so a promise was made that if one struggled, the other wouldn’t go and back for them but keep moving forward. Rye ended up in that situation. She was able to escape while she saw Jae-won break their promise and go back for Kimiko. Rye was jealous of their strong relationship but kept going and eventually found Revera’s official orphanage where the caretakers took pity on her.Rye joined the Reverian Junior Scouts, an underground group looking for the locations of the lab to help the people escape. She wanted to save her friends and make sure nobody went through what she experienced in the labs. She was assigned a mentor Iris who would help train and guide her. She also met two new friends: Damian and Dovella, who also happened to be new to each other too. Damian and Dovella’s increasing closeness frustrated Rye since she couldn’t make that connection as easily. She also started to get pissed that the two met up in secret without her.Around her peers, Rye was told she always acted younger than her age due to her childish interest. She was less capable and respected by her peers who constantly saw her as a drag to the group. To keep her mind away from all that, Rye idolized her mentor. Iris was a strong and confident lady who could handle anything. She was there to comfort and care for her. In Rye’s eyes, Iris was like a god.A few members of the Reverian Roses organization knew about the human experiments and were in search of the multiple laboratory locations to save the experimented people. Rye told Iris about her past and the location of the lab she was from. The members then planned to infiltrate the lab. At the same time, there was an invasion from Nebulascope. Afraid for her safety, Iris made Rye stay behind while the rest went to the lab. Rye, desperately wanting to help and save her friends who were still in the lab, secretly followed. She ended up accidentally setting the lab on fire and destroying everyone inside. Iris got frustrated at Rye.
Iris's younger sister, Nova, was in critical danger and Iris had to choose between abandoning Rye during an enemy invasion to find Nova or staying with Rye. Iris chose her sister and Rye felt very abandoned and scared. As Iris left, Rye saw her die in front of her eyes.A surviving scientist grabbed Rye to prevent her from escaping again but he was shot by Darven, the leader of BlackWing from Nebulascope.Darven came up to Rye with the intention of discarding her but saw the tattoo on her neck since it started to rain. He revealed to Rye he had an experimented label tattoo of his own and Rye trusted him because of this shared trauma. Rye only cared about Iris more than her other Reverian scoutmates so leaving with Darven to Nebulascope was not too difficult. She became an enemy to Revera and her past friends. She hates herself for being the only survivor from lab C, feeling almost like a cunning monster for destroying Kiniko and Jae-won out of jealousy. She despises herself for feeling good that she abandoned Damian and Dovella. Rye hates that she can’t get over the strong feelings of unwantedness and just help the people she cares for.Being raised in a power and money hungry environment, Rye has absorbed this viewpoint at the core of her life. She has developed abandonment issues and puts all her relationships with the members of BlackWing at surface level despite joining them in their crimes.Darven viewed Rye like a daughter but did not know how to treat her like one, and raised her like a distant mentor, seeing her as someone who would overtake his organization if he died.When Rye was still in Revera as a young child she enjoyed playing with gadgets and scraps that were recycled. She used to spray paint her belongings and tinker with robotics. Many people around her mocked what she liked doing, saying it was childish but because Iris supported her, she did not care.Now that nobody was there to back her up in BlackWing, Rye started to conform to social expectations not just for survival but also for gaining respect. She viewed more power = more respect. After learning that fighting was more viewed as a more useful skill to have, Rye put that at her priority and her old hobbies were completely abandoned. Rye later became one of most wanted in Revera, gaining more respect from others.Nova, Iris’ younger sister, suddenly joined BlackWing. Rye was very sceptical of this and saw Nova as too innocent and unable to keep up with the group. Her morals and viewpoints were too similar to Revera’s. Nova as a whole challenged Rye’s views. Nova was also into stickers and less into fighting but was gaining the respect of Darven with her knowledge of technology and hacking. Rye saw Nova as her younger self but actually capable.Spending more time with Nova changed her behavior. Nova prefers to prove herself through individualism while Rye proves through adapting to the environment. The two rub off on each other as Nova helps Rye be less concerned with how others perceive her interests and uses it against them. Rye went back to using spray paints and stickers, and becoming more distant with the other BlackWing members. They saw her more as a nuisance but wouldn’t bother to get in her way.The news of Iris’s return conflicted Rye a lot, as she is now met with the choice of returning to her old mentor or staying with BlackWing.As Nova adapts more to the environment, her morals stoop lower than Rye’s which bothers Rye. Rye hated it when others perceived her as weak and vulnerable, the same way she viewed Nova. And she hated it when Nova became less reliant and stronger in her own ways. However, their relationship only grew stronger as Nova gave Rye the toxic relationship she wanted. Only for that to be thrown away when Nova destroys BlackWing.LIKES

Older sister of Nova, Iris is one of the respected members of the Reverian Roses Organization. She looks up to her parents who died as heroes and wishes to save all the victims inside the secret laboratories. She was assigned an apprentice Rye and treated her like a younger sister.As much as she cared for Rye, she was frustrated with Rye not being able to follow her orders properly which put everyone in danger. Iris chose to look for her younger sister Nova who was in danger and abandon Rye for a while only to be brutally attacked by one of the scientists from the lab. Iris was in critical condition and was put in hypersleep for many years as doctors tried to help her recover. Time moved on for everyone but her. When she woke up she struggled to accept that her limbs and right eye were gone. However, the struggle of getting used to the prosthetics didn’t stop her from becoming a strong fighter and eventually Captain.LIKES

Damian was very popular among his peers but was mostly close to his two friends Dovella and Rye.Damian has always hated himself for making Rye feel unwanted when they were younger. He always liked her and told Dovella of his feelings. The two secretly met up to plan ideas on how he could get closer to her which made Damian and Dovella grow close as friends. But when Rye saw them have a close relationship it only drew Rye and Damian apart more. He was afraid to face her about his feelings and too frightened to save her as he watched her get taken away by Darven.He saw what Rye became when she joined BlackWing and he never forgave himself for letting her become a horrible person. He’s still yearning for what she could have been and she hates that he can’t accept who she is now. He avoids facing his feelings by overworking himself in the Reverian Organization thinking fighting for a good cause can undo the guilt he feels.When Iris was fully recovered he was very happy for her and despite the fact that he caught up to her age range, he still sees her like an older figure who he can learn a lot from.Design Notes:

Nova, the younger sister of Iris. Nova is the youngest of the 4 protagonists and was automatically registered in the Reverian Junior Scouts because of Iris. Ever since their parents died saving Revera she has been avoiding her deep hatred for their choices. She understands their heroic actions but can’t help but feel abandoned that their parents chose to help others then raise their own children. Nova has been suppressing this envy and keeping a bubbly and positive mentality for years. All until she was assigned a mission as a spy to join BlackWing and break it down from the inside. Getting used to the corrupt and dangerous way of Nebulascope let alone BlackWing was a difficult change and she hated it at the start. But little did she know that meeting Rye would change her world. She realized her true feelings of what her parents did and accepted that Iris is going down the same path. It begins Nova’s dread of the countdown for when she will destroy BlackWing.Nova was very scared and hesitant when joining BlackWing as she was not used to the chaotic lifestyle and dangerous environments she had to adapt to. She also hated it when Rye looked down on her.Rye and Nova spent more time together and eventually they started to care for each other. Nova also started to care for Darven as well. Her moral compass started to switch with Rye’s and she started to manipulate and feel less guilty when hurting others in her plans. Darven also decided Nova would be better off taking the lead in his organization rather than Rye. However, she still grieves for the day that she will eliminate them all.BODY TYPE
